It's been almost six years, but Apple finally introduced an all new fully expandable Mac Pro. The last all new Mac Pro was introduced in 2013 and although compact... it was and is not upgradeable. With this week's announcement comes options for almost every pro user.
The new Mac Pro can be configured into an absolute beast with a 28-Core Intel Xeon processor sucking down 300-watts of power, and it's paired with a massive heat sink to keep it cool. In terms of memory, it supports 6-channel 2,933MHz EEC memory, allowing up to 1.5TB in capacity when fully maxed out.
We can hardly wait to get our hands on one and hope to be able to help upgrade our clients' Macs for years to come!
